They all sold around the holidays so they've would've sold under 20k. Brit maybe could've pulled it off.

It's so sad that 48K can get you a #1 album nowadays.
Back in the day, 48K could barely get you Top 50.

The record goes for Amos Lee and The Decemberists in 2011 (I think it was that year)

The Decemberists managed more than 90K in 2011. Amos Lee got number one with 40K though; you're right about him.

Love the CDs but a newer physical format up to date with smartphones, tablets, mp3 players and current music players is needed.

LOL They all would've pulled over 20k, especially Britney. She wasn't benefiting from holiday sales from holiday shoppers because the GP weren't the ones buying her album.

I am rooting for Sam, he has been blocked 2-3 times already and is a better artist that her.

And how can you say she doesn't deserve it? Not her fault the music industry is basically dead.
Sia's been trying since the 90's and finally has her chance to shine. I'm almost disgusted that you think he deserves it more cos he's been blocked for 3 weeks.
Have a heart tbh.
