Don't be stupid, I know it's hard; the single was confirmed for Eu release a while, and that is why the video was filmed. Also the US single choice was just changed so try to be a little informed next time, okay?

Its true though, who other than Nicole, Ashlee Simpson, and now PCD have tried to erase the mark of their previous flop singles by saying that they weren't "official" The only difference is that PCD's the first ones to try it with their 2nd single
