Do you shower with hot water or cold water?
Is it true that cold water helps your skin heal?
Do you shower with cold water? Or do you shower with hot water?

I start off with warm water and gradually turn it down to cold. It wakes you up better than a hot shower

If it's a normal shower the sun ain't got nothing on me.
If it's right after working out or it's really warm outside then cold as ****

Hot water dries your skin, which can make you age faster.
Just make sure you moisturize, and shower with warm water then cold water to remove soap to close pores and stop the loss of moisture.
