I used to (or people just stopped calling me out on it), it's not actually auditory though. Just word what I'm thinking without realizing it.

People in public, will think it's weird but honestly it takes things out 'of your chest' by that term it takes your feelings off of your mind.

I always talked to myself on the walk back from school, people that I passed must have thought I was schizophrenic.
