How do you lose weight? Like seriously?
So here is the thing, when I was in grade 10, 2 years ago, I weigh 180 pounds, I went to a regular doctor and she said I should stat eating healthy foods and whatever, so slowly, i did lost weight, I weigh 170 pounds by junior year, by the end of junior year I weigh 162 pounds, summer went on some
stressful sht happened (thanks for music therapy esp. to MC's old school music, I got my life going), started eating healthy throughout the summer and SENIOR year went on...
I started eating late at night, eating chocolates and drinking sweet stuffs this March, April, May and June 2014 because I am literally stressed out about school works, guess what? I weigh like where I started. 180 freaking pounds!!!!
Is it healthy to achieve 163-168 pounds by August 25?
Any tips please?
