No. My favorite kind of weather is cool and rainy. However, I HATE bitter cold and need a little bit of sun sometimes.

I think the weather here is more variable than people make it out to be, and that's what I like about it.

I've heard that the idea the UK is rainy is a popular misconception, I think it has less rainfall than a lot of places, but the weather is just really unpredictable bc its right by the Atlantic.
