Interesting that Ellies album has sold same amount as Ariana Grandes last album in the US. Isn't Ariana supposed to be so much bigger in the US than Ellie?

No. 4 on YTD now that Ed Sheeran has moved up  This list is from Friday but Ed is at 324K now.

Yes finally how long will i love you is platinum. But that was quick and i didn't expect it to out sell burn. Burn and how long will i love you are still in the uk top100  and halcyon coming for that 1million mark in UK (#20 this week)!

7/10 albums in the YTD Top 10 are above Halcyon this week, so that sucks. Halcyon Days is No.5 on UK iTunes this week so that'll give a nice boost this week however. It'll easily cross 1M at some point since it's doing a healthy 4-5K each week. 90K more to go 
HLWILY's stats are the same as last weeks for whatever reason, so that sucks too. It's No.77 up 6 this week on the singles chart, Burn is No. 90, up 8.

Only in theory and on the surface. Ariana is just more exposed than Ellie, personally.

Nah, "Lights" was the only single released there i guess from her debut era and sold more than the entire YT era combined.
