I honestly don't even expect to get that high tbh. Like how the heck do you even pay for a music video... I feel like that is such a hindrance in itself. Some cheap videos actually come out looking good but idk how to make one.

build up your networks with producers, talent scouts, managers & other Industry professionals.

Literally the only thing that'll help you from the ground up.

Some record labels have information on how to send your demo's etc. but imagine how many they get. It's all about 'who you know'.
