That said this Fox News story is just that, a Fox "News" story, and they're in the business of mud slinging and making unfair statements. These claims have no basis and like someone else said she already won all of those lawsuits, she wasn't in the wrong, and she didn't steal anything. And that dance from Single Ladies is not identical, she said she was inspired by the original....this is completely legit
The fact is, this BC Jean (aka Britney Carlson - that's why she's BC not the ******** reason they said) wasn't going anywhere with the song, and as you can see she didn't. So Beyonce is making her money by singing the song, because when Beyonce does something it has that special standout quality. I love Victoria Beckham and Resentment was good before B did it but she took it to a whole new level on B'Day, because that's what she does. She takes something (with permission) and makes it better. She still writes most of her ****. And that whole thing about Neyo was overblown. She never said she was the only writer. What's really sad is how news outlets and people try to use Beyonce's success to their own advantage for ratings and publicity. Keep it coming because you're just keeping her name in the news.
