I you didn't start as a child, most likely you won't start your actual career until you're 21, especially as a male. You don't necessarily need "training" or acting classes, you can get that in books, but it's highly recommended. YouTube does help a lot, but agents will make you delete those stuff when you are a professional actor. Actors just use YouTube do create reels to get into agencies.

You need to know people. Put a show reel together and start handing it out to casting agents and talent firms. Then get an agent.
