I've seen multiple users on this site, in multiple threads, try to claim that the GP was not aware of "It's Britney Bitch" until Scream & Shout became a hit.

Now, this is obviously one of the most ridiculous statements one can make, and I feel as though it's time to put the pressed in their place

According to wikipedia, "The song's opening line, "It's Britney, Bitch", became a catch phrase in popular culture."

The line became SO ICONIC that it was brought back for 2012/2013's mega hit, Scream & Shout. The recognizability of the already iconic line allowed the song to become a commercial success.
