They're not even allowed to leave their town without clearance. Why would they let citizens leave their country when there's no chance they would return?
They're friends with China, therefore the result is only 2-0
China is starting to distance themselves from NK because Un is so much less rational (which is saying something) than Il. That's likely why they beat China, but not as much as Japan or the US.
