I'm not watching the video because... I say no to child ****ography... but peoples stories of what happened in it are conflicting. Some people are saying she was passed out while someone was recording and she was being violated and others are saying she was basically performing for the camera...

I'm not sure if anyone is really in this thread anymore, but anyway I'm going to say something that some probably don't like to hear:
Unless there is photographic/some other solid evidence of her having been raped that night, or at least first hand witnesses giving testimony under oath, her position is no more believable and deserves no more trust than what the guy is saying.

.... IF this is true, then my inclination to trust her in this whole ordeal would absolutely and irredeemably be out the window.
I haven't checked for all the information that is available on this, so anybody correct me if I'm wrong in my assessment of the situation. But either way, some of you people shouldn't be so quick to judge. Rape is too serious of an accusation and too serious of an issue for that. Remember: innocent until proven guilty. And for good reason so.

Thanks for again confirming that. I wasn't saying that I don't believe you, just for the record. I was just emphasizing with that bold "if" that I'm making it a point to not have preconceived notions about anyone involved based only on their public reaction to whatever happened on social media etc., instead of actual evidence.
And the video is from that exact evening/night, right? I didn't read the whole thread now.

Yes it is. It appears to me that the guy, being a disgusting tool, uploaded the pic/video to try to be cool, the girl of course is devastated, and claimed rape and drugged. However, the video basically confirms it in fact was not a rape, which makes me think the video was released AFTER she claimed rape AFTER the picture. That's my understanding of the timeline.
And yes, the video is from the night of the party

The video doesn't confirm anything 
It doesn't prove she wasn't under the influence, stop supporting them. Even if it turns out it wasn't rape, it's child ****ography and it's disgusting for someone to even post.

I need to keep researching to decide how I feel about this whole thing and case but I will say this :
