The peak number doesn't matter, you can still have a #1 album with low sales.. It might look good written down on paper but it doesn't mean that the sales are actually great

He got all excited thinking he was popular after Blurred Lines and now no1currs about him.

Despite the fact that he's actually been in the industry for ages (like that song that was used to promote season 2 of 'Alias' - I think it was called 'When I Get You Alone') I think that Robin Thicke is quickly becoming a one-hit-wonder.

Good on him for doing it so late in life though, I guess.

Nelly hadn't had a hit in years. Robin had the biggest song of 2013 and he flopped HARD. So his is much worse

Paula is definitely a bigger flop, and the biggest flop album I can think of in recent memory.

US is not the only important place, especially when you're looking at someone like Nelly Furtado who is more of a global artist than a US act. Even in the US, Paula did worse critically than The Spirit Indestructible. Both lead singles flopped miserably despite performances at the BBMAs, the difference is Robin Thicke had one of the biggest songs ever last year and now his album is going nowhere.
