Odd that Gaga has so many votes; with all due respect, she's in essentially the same boat as Britney, but didn't peak quite as high (if you can remember what Britneymania was like), and had an even SHORTER peak and quicker descent into... well, were she is now (09-11, compared to 99-03ish, plus maybe non-music stuff through 2007). I just don't see what case Gaga has for having the most impact
