Because it doesn't count because [reasons]. She can do 200 million outside of the US with her next tour (could have done it this time if she added dates in Asia, particularly Japan and South Korea where she's had big success in the past + other areas), but it still won't be enough to be considered global. I mean, when her latest album sold MORE than prism (in the globe, I don't know about them Martian charts), but it's considered local while the other one is "global", that should tell you that it's probably not worth arguing.

Wouldn't that mean she's global then? If she has exposure around the world, ANY sort of reputation, and longevity (
as the girl we don't know, but will pay hundreds of dollars to go see in concert), such that she can make more money touring outside of the US than most of the GLOBAL pop girls gross in total other than Gaga
