I did. People want to say South America and Asia matter most (outside of English speaking countries) because they have such huge markets, but Africa and the Islands count too. They may not buy music as much, but Bey has them on lock, more than any other English speaking contemporary in pop music. That counts for something.

Beyoncé is incredibly global, but since we only use mediatraffic sales here on ATRL we completely disregard how huge Bey is in Africa, the Carribeans, and Latin Ameriaca. There is no other popstar that dominates in such a vast amount of places a her.
