Yes, they're reviews from Amazon. Ironically, the most positive ones are usually the most helpful.
(en espaņol) Shakira - Laundry Service

Translation:
Shakira started like a grand singer-songwriter, extremely balanced and with her feet in the ground. Her first albums were good within her original and limited voice she can do. But now she gave it up for being blonde, taking off her clothes and acting like Britney Spears and with that she threw to the trash the little traces of originality and talent she possessed. She exchanged the seriousness that she put to her work for a cleavage, and the problem isn't the cleavage, if that already doesn't support her career on nothing more. This album is so bad like it can be one of the albums of Britney if of that she dealed with a crossover, Shakira achieved it.
(I'm not fluent so this is probably slightly off)
