One's name is Majid Al Maskati and the other one is Jordan Ullman. Majid is the singer. Jordan's the producer.

One's defintely some sort of Middle Eastern (Majid Al Maskati). And yeah they were the ones who produced/wrote HOWGH. They also produced/wrote Beyonce's "Mine".
