Well, "I Hate This Part" is going for Rhythmic and CHR/Pop (Top 40) stations. "I Hate This Part" probably won't get any airplay on Urban, so they decided to release "Out of This Club (feat. R. Kelly and Polow Da Don)" to Urban only as promo. "I Hate This Part" will receive massive airplay and a video, while "Out of This Club" will only receive minor airplay, mostly from Urban formats, and it probably will not have a video.
