I use both. UO is overpriced in certain areas but the quality is great. F21 has an abysmal online store but their actual stores have a great selection and everything's really cheap... obviously sacrificing quality. I tend to use F21 for more basic pieces of clothing, as well as H&M, but stick with UO for sweaters/joggers/etc.
