Rebbeca Marie Gomez (b. March 2, 1997) or better known by Becky G, is an American recording artist and dancer from Inglewood, California. She first began to gain recognition in 2011, after she posted several videos of herself performing remixes of popular songs on YouTube; Like Jay-z & Kanye's 'Otis' and Frank Ocean's 'Novacane'. She later appeared on Cody Simpson's 'Wish U Were Here' and Ke$ha's 'Die Young (Remix)' featuring Gomez, Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa. Gomez also had two appearances on Animation Movie Sountracks for the films Hotel Transylvania] with her remixed orginal song 'Problem (The Monster Remix) featuring will.i.am' and The Smurfs 2 wirh her cover to B.O.B song 'Magik 2.0' that features American Teen pop singer Austin Mahone. She also released her own mixtape called '@itsbeckygomez' & her first full-length official studio Ep. 'Play It Again' which features her Latin pop hit 'Play It Again' (featuring Pitbull).
