The fact that she's not made a full length LP in 9 years & was barred from music for a number of years, left her label, was sentenced to prison or perhaps had a child, has held her back and delayed her constant reign in hip hop.
'Irrelevant' would not be the right word to be used, as anything she does makes news whether good or bad, plus one comment on here can form a discussion. Lil' Kim will always be around, but she needs to make that step to become prominent in the industry.
