Which one is the better phone ? My budget is very limited about 430 CAP & I don't want to spend a lot on phone what I REALLY REALLY care about is would the iphone 5c be good with ios 8 & can it take GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD pics like the iphone 5s.

The 5C better looking? For those who have a tacky taste, yes. And iOS 8 doesn't run well on 5C.

With contract? If so go to best buy... there going for $150 for the 5s and $100 for the 5c but they also give you a 50$ gift card when you upgrade so you can make the 5s the same price as the 5c

How long the battery lasts?

Both are too expensive for what they offer, but if you want an iPhone I would recommend the 5S since it's a really good phone from what I've been told, the 5C is probably the biggest joke in smartphones since the Galaxy Ace.

Iphone 6 will be out around september, so maybe just wait?

Definitely the 5c. Yes the 5s id prettier, but the 5c is so much more durable. I've dropped mine countless times, dropped it in the toilet, etc. and it still works perfectly fine. My sister has the 5s and she dropped it once and the screen shattered. I don't understand why people say it's the biggest joke, it works the exact same way as the 5s, the back is just made of plastic

5S is much better due to its processor and A7 chip, but both are fantastic phones. Buy whatever is in your budget.

If you want a 5C, get it. Don't let these twinks sway you because they think plastic is inferior.
