No. Some people I think look better without all the extra stuff but most celebrities for the most part yeah. That's why I think it's funny when people praise them for their beauty so much. Most regular looking people would be drop dead gorgeous with the best makeup jobs, hairstylists, dermatologists etc money can buy.
But really, Im not saying she looks horrible without it but it's nothing to drop to your knees about either imo.

And even there she has in thousand dollar hair styles and ****.
She looks nice when she's all done up though.
