Yeah early 2015 sounds right. You guys have to keep in mind that she just signed a new contract with her label. While I firmly believe she signed one that allows her more freedom, they may have made that freedom come at the price of releasing an album by Q4 2014 or whatever. I still think that's a bit early, but record labels put those kinds of things in their contracts all the time.

2015 spring would be perfect! She could do a stadium tour late summer/early autumn in Europe then the stadiums in Australia during their summer.

No, not by a long shot. Most are pretty good, though. I could nitpick a few things about this or that song, but most of the things I dislike about the live versions are very minor. To disprove your post, I'm just going to leave this abortion here:

IKR? I could understand if that performance had been taking place at an Epilepsy Awareness function or something, but as it was, it was so out of place.

It's a good analogy, though. The creation of the studio version was the conception, she let it gestate long enough to try it out on stage a few times, then someone came to her and let her know that it had some kind of congenital birth defect and she decided not to carry it on to being a full-term staple in her setlist.

I watched this a couple times but I haven't even noticed her.
