I just finished the first season, then found out that Stacey Dash, the Clueless queen, quit.
Is it worth continuing?

Yes I've seen it a few times. It's a tad overrated but still a nice music video. Very simple with great choreography.

No the VH1 show was trash and tried too hard to be the modern day Sex in the City and FAILED miserably and it doesn't help that the self hating racist messy Stacey Dash took part in it.
The music video is iconic though.
