They may have minor similarities. But Just Dance is no where near ripping off Whine Up.

1). They were both produced by RedOne.
2). "Just Dance" is LEAGUES above that barely-hit wonder.

You don't seem to understand. I don't mind Lady GaGa at all--in fact I would probably like her if I bought her album. But "Just Dance" is terrifically bland. It has no hook and I always skip over it on my iPod now. There have got to be better songs than that on her album.
