You seem to think performances have a huge interference in the songs chart runs. While some shows with great audience may benefit them on the week they're aired, there's no better promo than radio. And Gaga wasn't able to release radio friendly songs (except for Applause), given the call out scores for DWUW and GUY. And the only single that had some impact in the airwaves wasn't catchy enough to be a digital hit.
And honestly, even though I'm a Gaga fan (not as active as I used to be, but still), I don't think she has the capacity to "hype" anyone anymore. After relying so much on gimmicks on the past, what could she possibly do to make people surprised at this point?
I'm sorry, but the you can't simply expect some moves would have saved the era when the main problem with it is the music she released. Even though some fans love it, it was a down step to the majority of the people. Including me

I see what you mean, and not many performances would've helped. But I mean, c'mon, Dope debuted at #8 with only a performance

and almost NO sales. If she performed DWUW there, YT still would have promoted it, thus making it AT LEAST a Top 10 hit. and the DWUW video wouldve helped it

+ it DID have some sales which would have increased by it i suppose.
And the Grammys, if Dope was a single, & if she performed Dope there, it would have maybe went Top 10, at least #10. I mean it would have translated to healthy sales. I know lots of people hate Dope

but i think it would have done ok...But thats my opinion.
As for others, performances wouldn't have helped tbh.
