Hey guys, I'm relatively new here and just began posting but I've always been a fan of Britney.
Somebody opened a thread asking if Blackout is iconic. (I wasn't aware it was a question up for debate). I wanted to share my works cited here for you guys if you wanted to have a look. It's all positive stuff written by various media outlets about Blackout.

Blackout reminds me how instantly recognisable Britney's vocals are, treated or untreated: Her thin Southern huskiness is one of the defining sounds of 00s pop...The Revolver blueprint for pop albums-- every track good, every track a potential hit-- makes more sense than ever. Especially if a star can keep sonically up-to-date in a fast-moving market.

unleashing a ******* of ferociously distorted synthesizers, electronically treated vocals, snapping drum samples and bovver-booted glam rock beats. The results are largely fantastic...It's a bold, exciting album: the question is whether anyone will be able to hear its contents over the deafening roar of tittle-tattle.

but if "Telephone" proves anything, it's that Blackout may be the most influential pop album of the past five years.

Britney Spears’ critically acclaimed 2007 album Blackout has not only topped a million in sales but it is now the pop star’s only album to be added to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame‘s music library and archives.

I love Blackout. It's one of my personal favorites.

Anyway, sorry for the long post. I figured I'd share in case anyone wanted to read, they're both from release, and years after. The Pitchfork article is the most interesting I think, it's weird to see an Indie magazine praising her.
