I know where you are going. Naked body is the most natural thing. But you cant really stop it from being sexualized. Thats completely utopia.

I too wondered this.

Nudity is often shunned in the US. Im American so I'm aware of how nudity is looked down but Im of West Indian descent so I've been exposed to more than the average narrow minded American. Like in the Caribbean these numerous nude beaches, so seeing a stranger naked/topless doesn't necessarily bother me.

Also historically in the world of fashion and art nudity has always been embraced, loved, used to make bold statements.

I think a big issue is people subconsciously connect being naked/seeing the naked body with sex. Like Females can't embrace their bodies without the negative connotations of sleeping around and being a ***** or demoralizing them to being worthless. & thats sad

It doesnt really matter at this point. Ofc I would be accustomed to nudity and it would be probably didnt do too much for me. But you cant take the years of civilisation we´ve been through. If you wanted everything to be natural, with no restrictions, we would be at the level of free, wild animals.

Even for babies it is the basic instinct to do pleasurable things which make them feel good. Freud calls it oral, anal and other stadiums of development. They get pleasure from touching their lips and anal region. But its done because of the high sensitivity in these areas, not from sexual desire itself. The true sexual desire comes in pubescence with the re-found activity of secretory cells in gonads. And that just how human (and animal) body works. You get excited when you see young, beautiful body of other sex (or the same sex). But the development of sexual centres in brain is still a lot of mistery and in minor cases it can asexual.

Yes what is considered hot, sexual attractive (=what is sexualised) is pretty influenced by the culture. But on the other hand it brings some needy restrictions, because you wouldnt want humans to copulate anytime they feel sexual needs and they see opposite (or other) sex. Especially when human reproducing ability is not seasonal (like many animal kinds) but its cohesive.

- & Like you stated in the OP males are conditioned to have many sexual partners w no negative backlash, but ideally women are supposed to remain virgins until marriage. While I don't think people should carelessly be having sex w any and everyone; as long as a person takes the initiative to protect themselves and their partner from diseases its truly nobodies business how many people he or she has been with.

Well then we would have to have different kind of sexuality. Because men can feel sexually frustrated after a short period of time. It would be really dangerous for women, considering all the hidden perverts. In dog world, its normal that weak female dog has to bear the male dog no matter how much she doesnt want it. Or we would be like bonobo monkeys which have sex even as an act of greeting.

I really think that current western model is highly acceptable for both sexes. And Im happy I dont have to live in highly patriarchic muslim culture.

From your other thread I dont really think you understand the importance of social rules and religion during development of human society. The first forms of religion were very natural thing to occure in our society. Even though I can agree that the modern religions like Christianity were a bit retrograde and more the act of politics with a desire of controlling the herd of "dumb" believers.

I don't know why, but I do find it strange that a lot of youth find nudity/nudism weird as well, I like going to the nude beach for example. It's not sexual at all, everybody just does their thing, it's not like people are gonna be perched and stare at people's bodies, everyone just minds their own business
