She's easily in the top tier of today's pop stars. I mean listen to her recent jazz performances... is there ANYONE else who could pull that off? Maybe Beyonce or Xtina, but that's about it.
Yes. Her voice is extremely full + has a rich tone which is great for entertaining. It's not the BEST, but it's definitely suited to pop music. It's kind of a shame a lot of people don't realise this due to all the gimmicks early on in her career.
