I have to wake up at 7 am from Monday to Friday because of summer school so fasting is so hard for me. I'm there from 9 to 3.
I truly feel for those who are fasting and going to school/working. I just couldn't do it, not during summer. I can't wait until Ramadan moves back into the spring/winter.
Girl I know how U feel . I feel the same . I can't eat anything for Sehri too . I just don't know why is this happening .... I just can't eat much
Made myself a banana smoothie for sehri which I managed to drink followed by a glass of water. It actually kept the hunger away too. I suggest drinking peppermint tea for iftar. I don't know about anyone else but I get really bad gas/bloating as soon as I open my fast with a date. The peppermint tea helps relieve that.
This Ramadan has been so hard
The fact that we have to fast 20 hours!!! Like Iftar is around 10 pm and suhoor is at 2 am!! Like we barely have time to chill and eat!!
And my mother was talking about how in 1998 back when we lived in Norway the suhoor was at 7 am and they broke their fast at 3 pm! Like omg why couldn't we have that now
