So basically white rappers shouldn't exist because when they do they are belittling the black race and mocking them by adopting the same vocal practices that black people use.

There are definitely many like that, but some are just genuinely unexposed. Chastising people also makes it even harder for those people to want to see the other side.

I get what you're saying, but dude, lighten up.
You are on a pop forum for God sake's. Unless someone is personally attacking you, I don't find it to be a reason to keep complaining about a gif, when you can simply stop engaging in conversation with the person. Not that serious.
I do slightly agree with your last sentence in the first paragraph.

If we're going to have a serious discussion, let's not pretend to. Let's actually have a serious discussion. It doesn't matter where we are. You don't hold a serious discussion filled with sarcasm, GIFs, snippiness, etc. That takes way the serious portion entirely.

The truth is that this industry is driven by a majority of teenage white girls that are driven to buy music by other white artists (much as black people but music predominantly by black artists, Latin people but music from Latin artists, etc), which in turn gives them a nomination at award shows. So if you're looking for the root of the "problem" look there

Confused at the bold.
The bold says to me that you do think race is relevant. But you said the post you quoted is "very, very true". But the post you quoted contradicts that and says to blame capitalism, and not race/white people. So I'm a bit puzzled.

Also I like how a mod opened this knowing it would lead to mess (even though he is in every Iggy thread "praising" her) and is leaving it open even though it obviously has had its run.

For anyone who thinks I was talking only about Iggy, the quoted comment may provide insight on what I was trying to say since I know I'm too stupid to hold actual conversation.

But the conversation has been going for 18 pages strong, so I don't think it's really affecting anything.

Which Iggy doesn't do so there is no problem. Just because certain people don't like Iggy's form of rapping, or think it's bad, doesn't mean she is belittling the black race.

Y'all stay believing in this lie about how the mods have some kind of deep rooted hatred for certain fanbases. This thread was opened to provoke stimulating conversation, and that's what it did.
Mod bias hasn't been an issue since the end of the 4 era

And to add so it totally comes full circle with one of my points on Iggy: Exposure is really important. What you read on the Internet barely affects you when you decide to step away from it after an hour or so. Living around different types of people and seeing what they go through does change a person (not everyone unfortunately) .Iggy's tweets were insensitive, but has she changed? It seems like she has. I believe it is due to years of exposure.

3. “You’re racist for suggesting that white people can’t participate in rap.”
Sure, she can. However, there’s a difference between appreciating an artform and adding to its richness and appropriating a minstrel-like caricature that’s composed of various tropes.

Despite the history cultural theft, black artists like Aretha Franklin, Michael Jackson and Jay-Z have smashed Billboard records, sold out concert venues worldwide and influencing many white artists who acknowledge and truly appreciate the genres—artists like Adele, Duffy and Sam Smith.
If nothing else, at least their voices and lyrics are theirs.

Iggy is the realist. She has never changed. She always keeps it real.

What I meant by that is that the artists and critics themselves couldn't care less about race but that in our capitalistic economy (which, in the case of the music industry, is funded by in large part by white girls) these artists do tend to be more successful, which has nothing to do with privilege or race in the way some people have described it
And I don't think that argument is too far from what you're trying to say
