Lily has her solo US tour, and she's probably doing this on top of it.
Miley and Lily love each other, so Miley probably chose who she wanted to open and Lily accepted in seconds.

This is so shocking to me as she doesn't need to be an opening act.
But if this is an opportunity for Lily to broaden her US fan base, then I am happy.

She's opening for Miley in Philly but the cheapest tickets I can find are around $70
I'm seeing her in September at the Electric Factory with my friend instead though
