Am just not comfortable hosting a 90s (hihi respect?) since:

- Am not that knowledgeable on everything 90s.
- Am not that drawn to music in the 90s unless it's some Mainstream R&B ala Mariah, Usher, Aaliyah, etc.
- I wouldn't even be familiar with most of the stuff.

I feel like 2000s fits ATRL's demographic, everyone clearly remembers it, and everyone loves it's. Less of a gamble!

'Rock the Boat' the best Female R&B Song ever went #2 on the R&B Charts tho.

Over 15 females went #1 on the R&B charts in the 1990 alone though, so I don't think that will go good.

There will be like 200+ songs.

I was debating between Garbage and Fever to Tell. but Garbage's critical cache has really gone to **** in the past twenty years. (Pitchfork called Version 2.0's Album of the Year nomination one of the worst ever in the category.)

You're probably right though. YYY definitely fit your rate idea better given Garbage's standing--there are far more people around here who use YYY anyways. I'm honestly not sure I ever would've known to listen to Garbage if Gwen and Shirley weren't good friends.

Point 1 - In a way, the Blondie/No Doubt - Pretenders/Garbage rate would make sense, as Gwen is the modern day Debbie. But Shirley Manson (with all the love in my heart) is such a pale [no pun intended] imitation of Chrissie Hynde it would not be fair to them?

Point 2 - R&B in the 00s is trash. Maybe six good melodies to be found, and three of them are courtesy of Ne-Yo.
