I'm in no way diminishing his accomplishments, he's a great player, there's no point in denying that. He's phenomenal on clay, the king, a legend.. but I would never be able to root for him based on his personality/attitude, just like you can't for Nole. Nadal just isn't my type of player. Why is that so hard to accept? Get over it.. and looking for some undercover Fed/Nole conspiracy is really just too much. Why not like and root for both? That would be more like a win-win situation...
However I'm over Federer, his glory days are long gone, I still respect him and his legacy but Sunday I'll be here for Nole.
