Yeah I know water is scarce in places, but that's never a reason to not BATHE. There's always enough for that in a developed country. Go buy some cheap bottled water and pour it over you in the shower if the situation gets so bad. That's what I had to do when our pipes froze one winter. Like there's never an excuse.

It's like people who don't wash their hands after using the toilet....

I had a training class this week where this guy sat next to me, and had rancid breath (it really smelled like a dirty diaper). He apparently didn't have good English, so as people were reading the handouts, he would be mumbling the words along for practice, but the worst part is that it was 90 degrees and the AC was broken, so the teacher had to use a fan which was - you guessed it - positioned so that his stank breath was being blown right into my nostrils

I didn't want to make a scene or embarrass him, so I just held my breath until he took pauses, then took deep inhales of fresh air, rinse and repeat
