This kind of happened to me once, I opened my front door and this cat pounced on me and ran into my house. It went behind my TV and everytime I tried to move it it was going crazy trying to scratch me. I tried brooms, everything.
Eventually it ran upstairs and I couldn't find it, tried calling RSPCA and animal shelters and they wouldn't do anything. I couldn't find the cat at all so I assumed it must have left because I left the door open to try and get rid of it. 3 days later my friend opened her cupboard and it jumped out and attacked her.
