My tattoo artist works at The Circle in London and is an amazing artist he's not particularly cheap but its better to pay more for better quality. If a tattoo artist is cheap its for a reason !! also im not expert but there are said to be three painful spots - Foot, Ribs and Abdomen (Rihanna's Isis or Harry Styles Butterfly tattoos) these are the most painful spots however all tattoos hurt but vary depending on your own pain threshold.
