Which is why I thought this was kind of interesting.
I got a sampler of Beyoncé's Heat Rush and it was so nice! I'd imagine thats how she smells.

Overall I'd go with an Avril fragrance: Black Star, Forbidden Rose, Wild Rose.

Britney's smell the best, followed by Katy, and then Gaga.
Truth or Dare smells WAY too much like a flower shop. It literally smells like something an old lady would put on.. No shade.

Heat is intense and mysterious. Rush is milder and lacks the uniqueness of heat. Pulse smells like citrus, nice for girls between 18 and 25.
Gaga and Nicki's perfumes are pretty high in alcohol so they are closer to eau de toilette than parfum.
People say they prefer the original Heat to any other female perfume. I however think Heat MCSWT Edition smells the best.

If you're asking whose is the most successful. I think Brit still has the best selling franchise out of pop girls.

But yeah HEAT > Pink Friday > Reb'l Fleur >>> Fatasy >>>>>>> Fame
