Well I'm actually conflicted about this. You see I used to believe you just die and go to heaven/hell. Over the last few years I developed the idea that there is no hell and evil is just a force that counteracts against good and it's just the way the world is. Also over the course of my life (I am 17), I have unexplained memories of people that I have never known and memories. I believe I have lived a past life. I can describe some of these people in detail and a few memories are very distinct. However sometimes it's confusing because the memories blend with my current life's ones. In the end I believe you go to heaven or stay in purgatory. I also think other lives is factor into it as well.
Another theory I always have had is you experience what you most strongly believe. I think your mind goes into a setting state where you experience what you most strongly believe in and there is no true one place afterwards.
The universe is filled with infinite possibilities.
