Depends. For example of its a friend thats local and I can see whenever I dont mind too much. But if its one of my friends who are only here for the summer or something I get pissed because we only have a handful of opportunities to hang out.

I remember once my bestie (at the time I guess) bailed on me and I was seconds away of crying in front of him because he dropped me to hang with other friends. Made me feel like crap. I was just like "it's fine, it's fine, text me later" with water filled eyes nnn.
