Originally, it woudn't unless she counted the years they were dating. I still think it was about Lyndell.
It's probably about Lyndell lol and she just changes the 6 years to 12 on the OTR tour to make sense. Isn't the OTR Tour a storyline regardless? Like the setlist and visuals and interludes tell a story
