McCain/Palin 2008. I'm voting for the old man and the hot chick

What else exactly is he suppose to have done? He has served as a senator and done his duties as a senator by voting on issues in congress (in a manner that matches his policies) and serving on congressional committees. If he is elected as president he has more of an opportunity to directly effect politics and get his personal goals and plans accomplished, but how can you condemn him at this point for "talking all he wants, and never doing anything"? You act as though during his time as a senator he has neglected his job.
He doesn't have the experience and he's a social butterfly? Wait, are you a little confused? I thought that's exactly what Palin was. What real experience does Alaska's favorite hockey mom have? Furthermore, I don't understand exactly what is wrong with Barack being a "social butterfly". I know, I know, it's a rule after Dub-ya that American presidents are to be despised not only by Americans, but on a global scale, but is it really such a horrible thing that Barack is a well-liked, "social butterfly"? People talk about Barack being well-liked as though he's a celebrity just riding the wave of popularity because the general public thinks he's "cool", but let's please not be so ****ing naive. He's first and foremost a politician with a vision to effect American government, it just happens to be to his benefit that people sense charisma and a certain "star quality" in him. Conservatives are bitter because they haven't had a candidate with an ounce of charisma since Reagan.
You have a feeling he's not going to live up to anything he says he'll do? That's great you have feelings. I have a feeling Sarah Palin got knocked up at 17 like her daughter but had an abortion. That doesn't make it true or mean it's correct, it's just a feeling.
