It's not exact science and her name does not generate much talk unfortunately, so they'd rather include someone like Rihanna or Katy Perry that generate online talk. And it's not like celebrities don't pay to be listed. JLo was number 1 last year with nothing to back that up. The 2 country singers though, LMAO, what in the world.

But it doesn't bother me at all. When she misses on awards and that kind of stuff, I'm mad. A list of money and influence does nothing for me.
