Yeah but how many of us are going to be rich enough to afford personal trainers, dieticians/nutritionists, a personal chef, a personal assistant to run all our errands and make sure everything gets done so we can have enough sleep, cosmetic surgeries, botox, frequent facial and skincare treatments etc.
Celebrities promote an unrealistic image of what 44 looks like. We're not going to look as good as J.Lo does at 44 even when we're 22.
