I've always thought that "Cry" should've been a single. I think her label should just release it, and then add it as a bonus track on iTunes. That way she would have supressed downloads to help her again.

It would actually work well in the US. "Cry" as the final single in the US and "Disturbia" world wide. "Rehab" won't go as high in airplay and downloads, so that could affect how fast "Comeback Single" explodes. "Cry" would be REALLY successful, which could lead to "Comeback Single" to explode faster than "Womanizer".
