Dolly Parton was "so excited" when Adele asked to write with her.
The '9 to 5' singer has heaped praise on the 'Skyfall' hitmaker and fueled speculation the pair could collaborate on a track after admitting she was "honoured" to have her as a fan.
She told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "I was so excited a year or so ago because I was hearing she was coming to Nashville and wanted to write with me.
"I was honoured to find out she's a fan because I think she's spectacular."
Sounds accurate if she told them. Are you even allowed to quote a celebrity directly like that if they didn't actually say that? Couldn't you get sued?
Anyways, she's round up some great song-writers so far. She likely worked with the legends she has so far, for advice, but it does not hurt that they're likely writing great stuff together as well.
Also to what with Mike said, we know Adele has worked with people like Phil Collins, Diane Warren and Ryan Tedder. Country album seems a bit of a stretch based off these people she has been confirmed to work with

That would put her at a third new person involved with the album
