American progressive rock band Coheed and Cambria earn their first number one single this week, as "Dark Side Of Me" takes over from DJ Zedd and Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams. While this is their first number one, some of their other singles have come close, including their most recent entry, "Domino The Destitute," which peaked at #2 early on last year. Their other top tens include "Welcome Home" (2007, #3), "The Running Free" (2010, #7) and "Here We Are Juggernaut" (2010, #4).
Canadian duo Tegan and Sara earn their highest debut on the chart this week, as their contribution to the soundtrack of The Lego Movie, "Everything Is AWESOME!!!" bows at number two. For the featured act, The Lonely Island, this collaboration matches their highest position to date, which is also held by "I'm On A Boat (feat. T-Pain)" (2009) and "I Just Had Sex (feat. Akon)" (2011). "The Creep (feat. Nicki Minaj)" also debuted in the top ten, managing to peak at #3.
